ARCO Building
Located in the heart of downtown Tulsa is the ARCO building. This historical building built in 1949 was originally designed as an office building. The facility had been modified over the years, but the exterior remains nearly untouched. This renovation project included modifying the building to now be a mixed-use multi-family facility. The challenge was to keep the original character, receive historical tax credits, add an underfloor parking garage, and all new MEP infrastructure while also providing a cost efficient design. This project is currently under construction.
Fab Lab Tulsa
This 14,000 SF new construction project included a mix of industrial manufacturing equipment while also providing unique educational spaces and offices. This requires a unique MEP design where you create a cohesion between industrial and education. Fab Lab Tulsa is part of a network of Fab Lab Maker Spaces all over the world but this Fab Lab facility stands out amongst the rest. Fab Lab provides educational programming the youth and community within the Tulsa region. In addition they house a state of the art wood working lab, metal machining lab, and they also have a variety of general maker equipment. All of which is available to the community to use at a very affordable rate.
First Baptist Tulsa
One of a handful of historic churches in Tulsa, First Baptist Tulsa houses an ornate and original worship area. While this facility has been added onto over the years to encompass nearly an entire city block in downtown, a number of its systems were missing the necessary upgrades to keep up with the growing congregation. Our challenge was to replace the existing HVAC systems with energy efficient HVAC systems while showing no signs of physical modifications to the facilities historical and ornate spaces. We developed a unique solution tailored to fit within this facility and also provided adequate heating and cooling for their congregation.
Cherokee Film Studios
Located in the heart of the Midwest, this remarkable and extraordinary hidden gem will undoubtedly revolutionize the local film industry. With its state-of-the-art facilities and advanced equipment, this expansive campus offers a plethora of film studios, mixing rooms, client lounges, spacious entertaining areas, convenient RV hookups, and all other essential amenities required by top-tier professional organizations to produce groundbreaking movies. Holberton Tulsa
Holberton Tulsa's original facility, which gained widespread popularity for its accelerated program, became overcrowded. As a result, this three-story 18,000 square feet expansion was necessary. This newly expanded facility in the thriving Tulsa Arts district is equipped with cutting-edge technologies catering to video conferencing, live presentations, virtual learning, collaborative group work, and more. Complementing Holberton's innovative educational approaches, the facility offers diverse methods and programs to cultivate the next generation of software development leaders.
